Somerset Cove
Somerset Cove is a townhome community comprising 19 buildings and a Pool House/Clubhouse, with a total of 113 separate units. In 2017, Hurricane Irma caused damage to the roofs of this community. Florida Coast Contracting & Roofing, formerly known as ACC MasterCraft Roofing Contractors, was contracted to undertake the re-roofing project for the community. The project commenced in September 2022 and was completed in May 2023.
Southwest Ranches
Florida Coast Contracting & Roofing was thrilled to take on the Davie-Southwest Ranches project, awarded to us through an insurance claim. The homeowner endured damage from Hurricane Irma and, after years of negotiations with their insurance company, finally secured the funding needed for repairs. We were proud to step in and complete the project in a timely manner, ensuring they will have a beautiful roof for years to come.
